A new contemporary on over 1.1 acres of Point Dume, designed by Standard Architecture and set at the end of a double-gated drive. The entry floats over a koi pond into a skylit foyer; walls of teak and glass vanish into board-formed concrete pockets to open the whole house to the outside. High oak ceilings, radiant-heated concrete, an infinity pool and spa, a separate guest house, plus key access to Little Dume beach and a trail out the backyard that follows the stream down to the sand.
