Hidden behind towering hedges and a double-gated approach in the Beverly Hills Flats, this 1928 Roy Seldon Price–designed Spanish Revival, originally crafted with interiors by Harold Grieve, has been meticulously reimagined for modern living. A sweeping motor court gives way to resort grounds: a pool courtyard under iconic palms, a covered outdoor kitchen and dining pavilion, shaded terraces, and a broad lawn for large gatherings. Inside, a Moroccan-tiled foyer and grand arches lead to a formal living room with stone fireplace and garden access, plus a chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances and a generous island connecting to inviting family spaces. Upstairs, the primary retreat adds a private sitting room, a luxe bath suite, walk-in closet, and a balcony with direct access to the pool terrace. Below, a temperature-controlled wine cellar waits for the serious collector. Rounding it out: a detached pool house and a separate wing with an office, mirrored gym, dedicated laundry, and additional bedrooms opening to the backyard.
